We seek your understanding that due to the nature of our menu and dining experience at Pollen, we regret that we are unable to accommodate requests for a vegan menu and are only able to cater to children aged 7 years and above.

Arrive in style with our limousine buggy service from Gardens by the Bay's arrival plaza to POLLEN. Exclusively for POLLEN's guests, the service runs every five minutes from 11.30am onwards.

From Marina Bay Sands Hotel Tower 3:

From the lobby entrance of Marina Bay Sands Hotel Tower 3, you will find a waterfall wall feature. On the right, a pedestrian path leads towards the waterfront of Marina Bay.
Walk down the pedestrian path and turn right.
Walk along the path towards the Flower Dome until you see the POLLEN sign.
POLLEN will be on your right.

From Visitor Centre

Walk past the “Golden Garden” and “The Canopy” in the direction of the Flower Dome.
Upon reaching the Ticketing/Information Centre to the domes, take the escalator down.
Turn left and take the path along the Waterfront.
POLLEN will be on your left.
